실내활동으로 식품건조하기와 매실청 만들기를 진행하였습니다.
여름철 많이 재배되는 작물로 식품에 대한 특성을 알아보고 가지, 호박 등을 건조하는 작업과 함께
다양한 식품 가공법을 익히기 위해 매실을 이용한 청 담그기를 진행하였습니다.
전문봉사자에게 관련된 식품에 대한 설명과 가공법에 대한 설명을 들은 후 이를 직접 실습으로 진행하였습니다.
