2016년 인천사회복지공동모금회지원사업 녹색농장PLUS교실(2년차) 프로그램
실내활동으로 식품건조하기를 진행하였습니다.
방울토마토 건조를 위해 건조기, 조리도구의 위생상태 점검부터 재료세척, 손질, 건조기 사용까지 모든 공정을 직접 수행하였습니다.
아직 모든 공정에 미숙함이 있지만 회차를 거듭하면서 전문가로 발전해 나갈 것이라 믿습니다. ^^
