사) 인천여성노동자회 김태임 소장님이 굿프랜드 근로자들을 위해 성희롱예방교육을 진행해주셨습니다.
2017년 직장내성희롱예방교육 내용으로는 직장 내 성희롱예방교육에 관한 법령, 사회변화에 따른 의식 변화와 예방교육의 필요성, 발생원인, 발생 시 대처요령 및 고충상담, 구제절차 안내 등으로 구성되어 진행되었습니다.
법령이나 구제절차 등 다소 딱딱하고 어려운 내용을 굿프랜드 근로장애인분들이 이해하기 쉽게 내용을 풀어주신 김태임 소장님께 감사드립니다.
